How to rent OUSTAL DE MI-TOU?

    Rental periods usually run from Saturday (arrive 4 p.m.) to Saturday (depart 10 a.m.).


    2) After a general oral or e-mail agreement, we'll ask you to make a down payment of 30 percent within the next eight days :

If you chose to pay into the account at Crédit Agricole, it is advisable to fax a proof of the payment immediately to 00 32 43 77 59 82.

    During the eight days you are considered to have an option on the rented lot. After this, SA PRIMM is entitled to rent the suite to someone else if the balance has not been paid. In case of renunciation after payment of the account, the down payment will not be refunded.

    3) The 70 percent left will be paid, at the latest, a month before the beginning of the rental period. If the balance of 70 percent is not paid and if SA PRIMM does not find another renter, the payment remains due. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance. In this case, you're requested to inform SA PRIMM about it.

    4) As soon as the balance is received, a receipt will be sent along with reference materials, including a map of the area. Precise instructions about how to find Oustal de Mi-Tou will be supplied, as well as the address of Mrs. VENU, our neighbour and the maintenance supervisor at Oustal de Mi-Tou. The letter and receipt serve as proof of payment and give access to the rented lot during the period reserved.

    5) Upon your arrival, you will apply to Mrs. VENU (telephone: 00 33 (0)5 63 68 21 65). She will help you get settled, draw up an inventory and check the condition of the flat. A deposit of 200 euros for the first flat, 150 euros for the second flat and 100 euros for the pigeon house will be requested. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if no damage has been caused to the property or furniture, including the garden and pool equipment. In addition, the whole must be left as clean as it was at the moment you rented it. Should the cost of the damage be higher than the amount of the deposit, an additional payment will be requested. At your arrival, if you want, you can make an agreement for cleaning with Mrs VENU (price/hour 2003 : 10€).
