OUSTAL DE MI-TOU awaits you at SAINTE SABINE, a wonderful small village on the edge of Anglar rock, overlooking the AVEYRON valley and the typical mediaeval village of SAINT ANTONIN NOBLE VAL. Listed as a place of historic interest, this beautiful site at the entrance of the AVEYRON gorges was already well-known by the Romans more than 2,000 years ago. They called it "Nobilis valis".



OUSTAL DE MI-TOU is easily reached by car (15-20 minutes from highway A20, exit CAUSSADE) or plane (one hour from Toulouse International Airport).

Lying in SAINTE SABINE, a charming small village of a dozen houses built in the style and with stones from the region of Quercy, OUSTAL DE MI-TOU is a residence with a strong personality. Trees surround the residence wich is open on a panoramic view over 50 km. It includes a two-storey house and a restored pigeon house, dating from Oustal's days as an important rural estate in the 18th century.
